The Hero who saves

Zephaniah 3:17  The LORD your God is with you. He is a hero who saves you. He happily rejoices over you, renews you with his love, and celebrates over you with shouts of joy.

How powerful is this verse?  Our God is always with us if we are willing to surrender our lives to Him. He is the most awesome Father!!!!!  I love the next part of scripture. He is my Hero. The Hero who saves!!!! Ole Hero come to our rescue and be the God of our lives. We need you Father more than ever. Humble us and Redeem us in your truth.

I can think of many times and incidences where my Hero has saved me from impending doom and even from myself. I have been with the Lord for over 25 years and don't regret one year. He has shown me time and time again that He is real. What about you? Have you felt the soft nudges of the Lord in your life? The Hero desires to ride in and save the day. Maybe you need healing from past hurts. Maybe you need to forgive yourself for things you did wrong. Maybe you need a physical healing or a miracle. Jesus , the Hero, comes to save the day. He rides in with power and might. His love is like a blanket over us and covers us from the pain.

Right now He is singing over you and rejoicing over His people. This blows my mind!!! What does God sound like when He sings? Woo Whoo it has to be amazing!!!! What does He sound like when He shouts greatness over us and why don't we except it? I can only imagine what the words God is saying over each of us. I guarantee that they are not negative words. They are words of greatness and passion. I believe they are words of declaration. He is our own little cheering section on the side lines of life. Man, I can only imagine. I am blown away right now!!!.

When he looks upon us. He renews His love towards us. He thinks over and over on how He gave His Son for us. He has no regrets because the SON came because the Father loves. All we have to do is receive. It is so simple and humbling. The more you spend time with Him, the more you are like Him. Most don't understand this truth. To be more like Him is great to esteem to. He is the one who changes our lives. He is the one who desires to clean us up on the inside and out. He loves us. Oh How He loves us!!!!!! The Hero who comes and saves.

Counterfeit by Alberto Esplago

Looking outwardly the total picture of Roman Catholicism will tell us that she
is the appointed people of God. With out searching her inward person you will
conclude that outside from her is blindness and ignorance. Looking at her in the

outside makes you feel she has no want of anything under the sun. If blessing
and wealth is measured by the things in this life she possessed, then she is
really filled with the blessedness that comes from God.

But the catholic encyclopedia and other books owned and written
by catholic authorities, will give us the real view of who really she is. But
the contents of this books were not really taught to the many of her followers
since then. it is concealed until now all about her real person. Since her
existence way back from 3rd century A.D. until now, only to the few faithful and
die hards to her are her story being told, but to the many catholics worldwide,
they followed without knowing what is Catholicism and its doctrines. Many
catholics even don't know what is meant by the word catholic.

The popes, cardinals, bishops and priests often talk about morality, peace and
decency, but diligently reading their own books, will give us some doubts
whether she has all these qualities she globally enjoy to talk. Based on their
books, Catholicism which was and until now the religious face of then roman
empire and now the modern Europe, was not really formed or built to be a tool
for Gospel Evangelism worldwide to bring many to the feet of Christ, but to use
the Word of God in colonizing other nations. as we can see now, Europe dominates

and controls many things essential for human needs. Politics, religion, economy
and financial cartel, and even culture are all in his hands. I remember in the
time of our Lord when He came in the flesh, it was already the roman empire who
rules the world even until now.

In the history book, Rome is even called the eternal city, the seat of religion
in Europe, where all the pope's appointed came from various nations of this
continent. That is why she is called Roman Catholic, though many catholics are
not Romans or Europeans, but the minds of many worldwide are subservient to the
roman catholic group.

Some of the mind boggling in the catholic dogmas and practices that are foreign
to the bible are these. They teaches to make graven images then they sell it,
then they worship it, though they deny that they worship them, it is their books

that says

the opposite. They practice what God really hates, Idolatry is one of their
cardinal teaching. Another fact about this group is that, In the time of the
inquisition from 9th to 13 century until the

later part of 17th century, it is said that almost 50 million people were
murdered by the instructions of the popes. There were 8 popes that were listed
as atheists

according to their books, many of the popes chosen were either murderers,
rapists, robbers and adulterers. Here in the Philippines alone, the catholic
members were not allowed to read the bible in the 17th century, for it was only
authorized for the priests to do.There was a certain Pope sergius the 3rd, who
cant sleep at night without first raping a woman. Another heresy we should learn

from them is this, They claimed that Peter the

apostle was their first pope, how can Peter be their first pope when catholic
group only came to the picture in 3rd century, while Peter died in the 1st
century. They also claimed that their group is the Church of God mentioned in
the bible. If so, why did the catholic group practiced calling their leader
as pope or father, when it is not permitted by Christ to call anyone father
among the brethren, for there is only one Father which is in heaven. They even
enjoy calling the pope his holiness, while cardinals are called his imminence,
while bishops are addressed as most reverend and the priest are called father.
In the bible those titles are fit and worthy only for God.

They practiced mandatory celibacy or abstinence from marriage, their reason is
that, they are required to give full time in watching for the flock and for the
ministry of the Word and of prayer. If so, why are the bishops and cardinals
are appointed as chairmen or president to the catholic owned hospitals, banks,
universities and other catholic own businesses? is that they called full time
ministry? Celibacy is a lie, it is not a precept of God. If Peter was their
first pope, Peter has a wife, so Peter cannot be their first pope.

I would ask forgiveness from a priest if i have done wrong against him, but how
can I ask forgiveness or make confession to him about my sin and life, when it
has nothing to do with him, is he a God? is he the Christ? Is he the mediator
between God and man? Mary is taught by them as the mother of God, Is she the
Husband of God the Father? How can a finite being be a wife to an infinite
supreme being? They also teaches that she is also a mediatrix between God and
man, That is an insult to Christ, Christ is the only Mediator between God and
man. Mary has been dead long time ago to be able for her to mediate, she is not
a God to exist forever. They also teach that Mary was still virgin even after

birth of Christ, this is gross ignorance of the bible. Christ has brothers and
sisters born of Mary, Mary was only virgin until Christ was born.

Catholics practiced the literal and physical feet washing and breaking of bread,

the apostles and the believers practiced that literal feet washing and literal
breaking of bread? what is in the bible is that, they have done it in spiritual

The catholics ever since defended the doctrine of the holy trinity, which the
three according to them are co-equal, How can they be equal when only the Son
have died, how can they be equal when the Son himself declared that the Father
is greater than Him. How can be the Father be equal to the Holy Ghost and to the

Son, when the two came only and proceeds from the Father.

Going back to the issue of morality, peace and decency, how come that majority
that are in prisons or correctional are catholics? How come that syndicates,
fraternities, gangs, smugglers, robbers, murderers are almost all catholics. How

come that almost all the catholic schools does not permit non- catholic
students? How come that celibacy is strictly enforced, but priests bishops and
cardinals have families they secretly nourished?

But the one of the most disturbing is that, every where the pope travel from
nation to nation, he is not required to have passport and visa, and the
president or king or prime minister of that country he visits will bow down to
him and kiss his ring? Is he the king of the kings of the earth? What a power,
what an influence, what an honor. Is she that mystery Babylon or the mother of
harlots mentioned in the bible, who owns that number 666? there must be a hidden

reason for that majestic and glorious kind of reception.

Another very disturbing in the this group is that, so much partiality and
favoritism has been long time ago tolerated in their midst, those front seats in

their churches are reserved only for their well to do members.

Another nerve breaking practice of this group is praying in public places with
much vain repetition prayers they gladly do before men, while Christ commands
his disciples to pray in the closet, what a men's pleaser's.

But the most intriguing from this group is that, some of the portions in the
books of st, liquor and st. Thomas Aquinas in which these two personalities are

respected men in the catholic authorities, they said that gambling, theft,
lying, drunkenness and prostitution are not really that immoral, but it has a
situational significance once in a while. Not surprising that catholics received

money from illegal or legal means, though not all legal are moral. No wonder
they are not as vocal about the sin of theft, gambling, prostitution,
drunkenness, for priests, bishops and cardinals often visits to these various

But the worst from all of this is that, Protestants, baptists, Pentecostals and
other major religious groups worldwide though they differ in names, rituals and
ceremonies, yet they have one in mind with the catholics, they all want to be
above from the

others. They all claimed to be the real people of God. They covet honor and
glory that is given from men, they all use the Truth for their social status,
they are all sellers of Truth than vessels for the Truth. How can you talk that
murder is a grave sin, when this group has murdered millions since the 3rd
century up to the 17th century in contending their group, any opposition or
disagreements from their dogmas will received brutal consequences on those times

mentioned, without any respect of due process. Now they appear as if they are
the human rights advocates, what a deep hypocrisy and lie.

Importance of Family

Ephesians 6:1-4  Children, obey your parents because you are Christians. This is the right thing to do.  (2)  "Honor your father and mother  (3)  that everything may go well for you, and you may have a long life on earth." This is an important commandment with a promise.  (4)  Fathers, don't make your children bitter about life. Instead, bring them up in Christian discipline and instruction.

In today's world, we see TV shows which depict parents as " the without a clue" bunch while the young people are shown as " I do what I want" bunch. There is truly an attack on the family these days. The enemy desires to destroy the family because the family unit is the single most powerful force in the world. The Christian Family has the ability to shake nations, call down principalities, conquer would be obstacles, and demonstrate the love of Christ to the masses. When it is functioning like God intended then there is nothing that could hold it back.  God has always desired for families to represent him throughout the world. It grieves Him when children rebel against their parents for basically selfish reasons.

I tell my children that the proper way to act is by being obedient to your parents whether you agree with them or not. God will judge us parents if we do something wrong. Parents , in turn, are not to provoke their children into rebellion. We can easily do this by spoiling them and never thinking they do anything wrong. Many parents do this and the children suffer. Your children are humans living in a sinful world. There are going to be temptations which come against them. They have the choice to rebel or not. The key is do your children rebel because of your bad parenting or because of your stance for Christ. These are two different things.  God is calling us to be a holy Family Unit. It is the family which makes up the family of God. The church should be filled with whole, complete, Jesus following families. The family unit is so  amazing and so beautifully designed that it can encompass others and make them a part of their personal family unit. A family that is snobbish or too self-centered is a family which is not after God's own heart. My family has always welcomed others in. My Children have uncles and aunts which are not biologically their uncles or aunts.

Some Christian families don't allow a mingling of church families. They are not demonstrating the true example of Christ. Jesus intended for the Family unit to expand into other family units and help birth the local church. His vision was to see strong families worshiping together and serving together. In my past churches, I have always tried to keep this vision of Christ alive. It is OK to spend a lot of time with each other. It is OK to see each other as a close family unit. This is the will of our Father. The mentality starts first within the family and spreads into the church family.

The enemy knows that once the people of God discover this truth; he is done for.  In the average family, the Father has to be the spiritual leader, the wife has to be the submissive woman and full of faith, and the children have to be obedient and followers of the Lord. This is God's design and purpose. The family has been beautifully woven together to demonstrate God's love for mankind. I pray that we all fulfill our roles correctly in the days ahead.

Where does the time go?

My two sons are now officially grown and out on their own. It is hard to think that time has come and gone so fast and now we stand in this portal of space. I remember when both of them were little boys playing with their little toys. Andrew was the hyper one and would bounce off walls. Joel was the more reserved one and would just cautiously perform tasks. They were , for the longest time, two brothers who were attached at the hip. They did everything together and even passer-bys thought they were twins even though they are 2 years a part in age.

Where does the time go? Why do we only have them for a few 18 years then their off into the world? Who came up with that? If I fine out, I would like to have a little talk with them behind the wood shed. I can't help but wonder to myself. " Was I a good enough father to them?" " Did I teach them all they need to know?" " Did I share all the important stuff?" The " What if" statements in life can sometimes bring you down. I simply am amazed of how they turned out. They are both working and looking to the future for their lives. I can not tell them enough of how proud I am of them.

Being a father is an amazing experience which comes with great joy and sometimes great regret. I think about my experiences with my two boys. Before my girls were born I had about 3 years just devoted to my sons. I would hold them , get on the floor and play with their toys with them, change their diapers or pull ups, wrestle and tickle them, fall asleep on the couch with them, read bible stories, tell them made up stories, and much more fatherly fun stuff. I was also very strict. My boys experienced less freedom than my daughters did. Sometimes I felt like I went overboard but I was a learning father trying to be a better parent than my parents were. Unfortunately our first borns are tools for our initiation into the paternal experience. Sometimes they get the best of us and the worst of us. I am thankful for God's precious mercy and grace. I have tried throughout the years to be a father like my Heavenly father. I must say that I have not always been the best example. Sometimes I allowed my impatient attitude get the best of me. Sometimes I responded in anger when correcting my children and sometimes I punished them based off of my embarrassment instead of teaching them a lesson. However, my kids will tell you today that I am more of the calm parent who corrected them appropriately. In fact my kids call me Dr. Phil because I try to talk out the situations and reason with them. I try to get them to see the mistake and then I bring the correction to fit the crime.

I hope I have left my Sons with the knowledge of how to raise their future children and I hope I have left them with the knowledge of how to raise their children better than I have.  I hope I have shown my sons on how to live for Jesus and how important it is to follow Him. Ever since they were little , they have seen their dad in ministry. I have tried to balance out work, ministry, and family life throughout the years. I have never made my children feel like they had to hold up to some undisclosed standard because they were pastor's kids. I have always taught them to be themselves. Andrew being the hyper one was always being told to sit still in church and to stop running around. I have video tapes of my preaching and me having to stop the message to calm my hyper son down. It is funny to watch. Andrew and Joel  were always the big helpers in the ministry as well. They would bring me my bible. They would start the church service off by praying  or preaching a little message. Now messages from a 5 and 3 year old are neat to hear. " Jesus said you need to come to Him or you are going to go to Hell." Andrew would preach this allot. Joel would get up and share the loving message of Christ. " Jesus loves you all very much and you can come to Him." Both Andrew and Joel would share their visions that God would show them and declare the word of the Lord that way.  It was a blessing to watch. There were times when my sons would be seen praying over people and preaching to them.

Now my two boys had their moments. Sometimes they would fight. One day Andrew through a toy car at Joel's head. Joel still has the scare for that. Poor Guy! Joel would get Andrew back by giving him out witted banter. For the most part my boys grew up without any major scraps and bruises. They did not have any broken bones. Now Joel had stitches for a head injury. A water fountain in our house did not sit right with him. Andrew as a rumbustious 1 year old had to spend a night in the hospital for licking the straw from a 409 bottle. Joel did have his moment of going down a hill on his bike at high speeds and finally hitting a huge rock. Andrew decided to be a dare-devil in his walker and jump off the steps.  Like I said for the most part they came through life unscathed.

Now I choose to remember the fun times we all had. I remember the bug watching adventures and historical enclaves to different places. I remember the water park rides and the ice cream cone socials. I remember the family worship times and the family talent shows. Life was an adventure with my boys. I remember the times of childhood questioning and the answers would sometimes spawn more questions. I remember laughing at jokes that were not very funny  and  coloring pages ripped out from a coloring book. I remember the Lego building times and the Rescue Hero adventures. I remember the late nights staying up , holding them, and praying that God would heal them from their sickness. I remember the diaper changes and the potty trainings. I remember our few camping trips and fishing times together. The karate matches and school girl crushes. The kite flying outings and football throwings. I can't forget our hiking trips and bike riding adventures either. I wish we could go back in time and bottle up all those memories into a looking glass. I would hide them in my pocket and retrieve them when my missing heart begins to beat harder.

My prayer is that I have instilled into my sons all that is true and just. I pray that they will fully serve the Lord and find their place in Him. My hope is that I can influence them greatly in their adult lives. I want to take on the role as mentor for them. I pray they will see me as such. As they venture out into their adult lives, I hope they remember their dear ole dad. I hope they realize how proud I am of them and how much I love them greatly.

An associate and I at work often come up with lifeisms at work. It is a fun way of expressing how much we have learned about life and how much we are continuing to learn. I wanted to start a page of some of my isms. And maybe you can be blessed by them.

1. You can either drown in your negatives or shower in your positives.
2. Adversity can either make you grow or make you wither.
3. Your life is like a television show that people are watching. Some days you are a sitcom and other days you are a drama.
4. Your funeral will either testify about your life with God or testify about your life without Him.
5. Time is just a word God gave us. We came up with the definition because He does not have a clue of what it is.
6. Our lives are not just lived for ourselves.
7. He never promised that we would not struggle in life but He promises that the struggle never becomes a stronghold that keeps us down for the count.
8. Bitterness never grows the person but groans the person.

16. Having Passion means being willing to turn your insides out until the goal is reached.
17. If we understood everything then why would we need God.
18. Knowledge begats Understanding, understanding begats wisdom. Wisdom begats " We ain't nothing without Him."
19. Fear is the shadow you really don't need. Let the light of the SON stomp it out.
20. There is no I in team but there is meat. Every team needs the meat of cooperation to keep things together.

I will write more in the future. I have a ton of these. Maybe you have some you desire to share. I hope you enjoyed my Johnnyisms.

Resurrection Day and the Power within

I know many people call today Easter but for believers it is Resurrection Day. Around this time of the year, our Savior and Lord rose from the rock tomb he was in. He simply slipped through all the rock and granite. The power of His transformation was so strong that the rock was rolled away from the entrance, the earth quaked, the veil in the temple ripped in half and Old Testament Saints arose from their graves. Some even walked into the city declaring the truth of our Lord. How powerful is that?

Matthew 27:51-54  Suddenly, the curtain in the temple was split in two from top to bottom. The earth shook, and the rocks were split open.  (52)  The tombs were opened, and the bodies of many holy people who had died came back to life.  (53)  They came out of the tombs after he had come back to life, and they went into the holy city where they appeared to many people.  (54)  An army officer and those watching Jesus with him saw the earthquake and the other things happening. They were terrified and said, "Certainly, this was the Son of God!"

What a powerful thing to see!!!! Today is a celebration of something remarkable!!!! Our Savior is alive and is now sitting on the right hand side of the Father. He is there praying and talking for our behalf. The Resurrection of our Lord should be something that we celebrate every day not just one time out of the year. Unfortunately, even the one time out of the year, is put up against a cute little bunny. Do any Christians ever question why every holiday we call sacred also has some worldly event taking place at the same time? Easter Bunny vs. Jesus' Resurrection or Santa Claus Vs. Jesus' Birthday. It is sad to see and many Christians mix the worldly things with the godly.

The Resurrection of Jesus is a vital part of our faith. If Jesus did not rise from the grave then our faith is no different than the many false religions which are in the world today. Paul the Apostle told the Corinthians that our faith would be useless if Jesus did not come out of that tomb.

1 Corinthians 15:12-14  If we have told you that Christ has been brought back to life, how can some of you say that coming back from the dead is impossible?  (13)  If the dead can't be brought back to life, then Christ hasn't come back to life.  (14)  If Christ hasn't come back to life, our message has no meaning and your faith also has no meaning.

I don't want to be in faith with no meaning. Jesus resurrection is vital to who we are and we should celebrate this truth every day. His actions on the Cross would have been meaningless if he did not come back to life. We need His resurrection to be true. Everything we believe rest on this truth. Why we meet together, why we share our faith, and why we worship Him are all dependent on a resurrected Lord. This is what makes our faith unique in the world today and why many try to disembowel it's truth. We have something which no other religion in the world can declare.  Buddha is dead and gone. Muhammad is dead and gone and his bones are in a tomb in Mecca. Joseph Smith is dead and gone. All the major religions do not have a glorious , risen savior, in their stories or messages. We are the only religion or faith in the whole world which makes this claim. We feel that we have bonified facts proving our Savior's resurrection; henceforth, we follow our Lord and King.

Now since we have established the Resurrection of the Lord. What about the resurrection power among believers?  We have the same Holy Spirit living inside of us just like Jesus did. Holy Spirit raised the Lord from His rocky grave and Holy Spirit will do the same for us one day. Until that glorious day comes, what about  Holy Spirit's power?

If  Holy Spirit is operating in our lives then why don't we see more demonstrations of his resurrected power? Why do so many Christians live a defeated life? Why does sin run rapid in our churches? People with resurrected power do not act defeated or sinful. The power within conquers the sin. Every believer has the power of Holy Spirit running through them. We are conduits of His power if we allow Him to use us as such. We redirect his power into others and into our own lives. We can live an undefeated life in all areas of our lives. We don't have to live defeated anymore when we discover this truth. This is why the enemy is so afraid of us. If we ever tap into this power of  Holy Spirit and allow Him to flow through us, then  look out Devil!!!!!!

Now the key to unlocking this power of Holy Spirit within our lives is simple and complicated. It is simple because all we have to do is just surrender our lives to the fullness of the Lord. It is complicated because the performance of that power comes from years of relationship building and the patience of following Holy Spirit's unctions. Many don't get it. They think that the salvation of  the Lord is the final stage of their Christian walk. He or she is badly mistaken. We are called to much more than that , and we have the power of the Holy Spirit in our lives to prove it. When we don't flow in this Resurrected power then we make our Faith of no effect to the people in the world. It is sinful not flow in such power.

love you all,

Johnny Mengarelli

Changing Governments

Is it just me or are we seeing a movement of changing governments in the Middle East? We first heard about Tunsinia which fueled fire for Egypt. Egypt fueled the fires for Syria and other surrounding countries. Even today the president/dictator of Yemen announced that he would be stepping down and turning over his power to a new government. The people of these nations are crying out for democracy and many are getting what they have asked for. Do you think this is a good thing? I have often said that the rise of Antichrist would be on the wings of democracy. Are we seeing a change in this region for a reason?

Many of the nations that have already ousted their dictators have become full Muslim states. We have fought hard for the people of Iraq to be free to only allow them to become a Muslim country. Saddam Hussein was a crazy dictator who killed many but the Christians were not as persecuted as they are now. Egypt had a horrible dictator as well but Christians for the most part were given some religious freedoms. We will probably see this status change once the new government makes strict laws against other religions besides Christianity.

I am not saying that these countries should not have a democracy but at what end? Democracy should be for all the people who live in that country. I believe we will see a different environment for believers in these countries in the next few years. Christian persecution has always been strong in this region but we will now see a rise in it.
I believe someone is orchestrating these events. He or she are forerunners for the Antichrist to come. There is a secret group of people who are calling the shots and situating this part of the world to where they need it to be. I know this sounds crazy but it is something one can feel in their spirit man. When I hear about the stories taking place over in this region of the world; my spirit man keeps jumping within side. I hear the warning of the Lord for his people to beware and stay alert. We need to man our watch towers more than ever in this hour. I believe Revelation 17 sheds some light on what we are seeing. The recent chain of events have to occur in order for the promise of the Lord to happen.

I would like to encourage all believers to stay alert and be open to what Holy Spirit is saying in this hour. We don't need to be so caught up in our everyday lives to miss what our God is about to do next and what the enemy is doing around the world.

Mar 13:9  "Be on your guard! People will hand you over to the Jewish courts and whip you in their synagogues. You will stand in front of governors and kings to testify to them because of me.

The last part of the 1st century A.D. when the true sents and witnesses even
the apostles have already died in the flesh, this is also the time when the so
called mainstream Christianity started to come into the picture. The faithful
followers of the apostles at that time were not as many compared to the
followers of Judas Isacariot, Diotrephes, Hymaneus, Philetus, Germogenens,
alexander the copper smith and other brute beasts ministers of satan. These
people were the one's involved fighting against the doctrines of the apostles.
They were blasphemers and despisers to the Words and authority of the real
witnesses of God.

These brute beasts were at first mentioned by the three notable witnesses of
Christ, such as Peter, Paul and John in their respective letters. That after
their death, these wolves which are also among them will make havoc and will
turn many brethren from faith to follow their fables and pernicious ways.

At the last part of the 1st century, started the various fables and dogmas
invented by these beasts which are contrary to the teachings of the apostles.
From that time on, the pure Gospel or the unleavened doctrine of
the apostles were willfully set aside. It is for sure that the 2nd century so
called church fathers were converts of the these beasts and wolves, such as
Tertullian, Sabelius Arius, Policarp of Antioch etc.

But the start of the propagation of these fables and dogmas made by these beasts
worldwide started in 3rd century A.D. At this time the pure Gospel was not heard or witnessed, because the leavened gospel was at its peak, that even the
religious and political authorities at that time were instrumentals in
propagating those dogmas from sea to sea and land to land.

The mainstream Christianity now for sure is not the product of the pure Gospel
of Christ but from the faithful converts of the blasphemers in the last part of
the 1st century. Though they differ in groups name and differ in some rituals
and ceremonies, or bylaws, still they are one in mind and spirit. Meaning, all
of them have come out from the stewardship authority of the apostles. They all
loved to have the preeminence above the others. Instead of being a fellow
believers by the pure Gospel in the Church of the Living God, which is
ministered of by the apostles through their letters. These groups have built
their own Kingdoms and churches. They put their own so called apostles or self
made witnesses to rule over them.

They even addressed their leader as his holiness or most reverend or head
bishop, putting their leaders feet on the shoes of the Real Christ, which is the

real Head and leader of the Church. Their leaders is believed by their members
to be in the same category with the apostles of the Lord. As if they were there
when the last supper took place, as if they were there when Christ was
crucified, as if they were there when The Lord was risen from the dead.

While the real Christ came to serve, their leaders are served, they lived in a
very convenient and comfortable living. Instead of being vessels for the Truth,
they became sellers of the Truth. Instead of bringing their converts to the feet
of Christ, they bring them to the feet of their leaders and to the doors of
their groups. Instead of bringing their converts to the teachings of the pure
Gospel, they bring them to their fables and dogmas. Then their converts are
beguiled and made to believed that they are now in the Church of the Living God.

But in Truth and in fact, they are just brought to their groups, and once their
converts come out from them, that person had to believed that he is now an
infidel or a lost soul.

The World now which majority of people are in these various groups they belong,
is the main proof that the teachings they have eaten is not the doctrine of the
apostles, but from the fake christs preached upon by their fake apostles and
prophets. What they globally practiced is partiality, fraud, deceit, hypocrisy,
murder, lies and other worms that does not die.

So now we can boldly say that the Real Christ has nothing to do with the
troubles and strifes dominating these ungodly generation that lies in
wickedness. From the highest to the lowest, from the mighty to the weak, from
the rich to the poor, from the educated to the idiots are all victims of these
fake christs.

Now the real treasure which is the Pure and Unleavened Gospel is truly hard to
find, for many have been made to believed that they have already find that
treasure, so that many are no longer that hungry or thirsty in searching that
pure Gospel. Their minds are now blinded by their dogmas that it is impossible
for them to see that treasure. They have ears but they cant understand, they
have eyes but they cant behold.

But only few has yet that guts and real hunger for the real Fear of the Lord,
for until now the Good Lord is also seeking those who are truly seeking for Him.

Only a real hunger for the things of God can bring a man where that treasure is
to be found. it is not found by the favor of many, or by money, or by social
status, or by wisdom of this world, but by a real hunger and thirst in the heart

and soul.

The bible said, many that are first will be last, and the last will be first.
Yes it was and until the fake gospel and fake christs is globally received, it
was the first to be spread worldwide. But to be first globally spread has
nothing to do being the Truth and real. For it is always in the end that the
Truth triumphed and prevails.

We are truly now in the very last days, search and seek Him now, not later on or
tomorrow while He may be found. Come out from the spiritual bondage caused by
these fake groups, escape with so much haste without looking back. Purchase a
bible now, for only in that book you can go back to the real and pure Gospel of
God testified by the apostles of the Lord. Read their letters with much hunger,
then you will be filled with the Real Wisdom from Above, and you will be
cleansed from all the leavened teachings from your former group.

Never waver or be afraid of what many will say to you, your soul, your life
and eternity is at stake here.

Being Accountable to each other

Hebrews 10:23-25 We must continue to hold firmly to our declaration of faith. The one who made the promise is faithful. (24) We must also consider how to encourage each other to show love and to do good things. (25) We should not stop gathering together with other believers, as some of you are doing. Instead, we must continue to encourage each other even more as we see the day of the Lord coming.

Yesterday I got stopped by the POPO ( the Police) as I was driving down a back road. I was going to pick up one of my girls friends, because she was going to youth group with them. This backwards road off of 155th Street has a 25 mph speed limit. I apparently was going 37 mph. What gives? I thought they give you 10 over the speed limit? Well any way this nice policeman stops me. He gets out of his truck and walks slowly to my driver side window. For those of you that don't know, I have a new car. I just bought a 2009 Toyota Yaris. ( It is a small little bitty car that gets about 40 to 45 gallons to a tank of gas. Pretty nice car. I call it my sweetie.) Anyway I noticed the officer was holding back laughter on his face as he walks to my window. He tells me that I was speeding. I told him that I knew and I was just not paying attention. He then begins to ask me about my car with a smirk on his face. He said " A Yaris huh? I have never seen or heard of one before." Knowing that he wanted to say much more because here you have a Italian burly looking man driving a miniature silver Yaris. In his mine he probably thought " I just pulled over a clown car for speeding." I commenced to tell the officer, " Yeah my oldest son makes fun of my car all the time." I let the officer off the hook with his laughter as he turns to go back to his truck. He comes back a few minutes later with my ticket and tells me to be careful. We drive off with laughter in our voices. This Officer not only gave me a ticket but also made fun of my sweetie ( My new car) How dare he? I bet he went back to the Police Station telling everyone the story of his adventure. The nerve of some people. LOL!!!!

Why do we have police officers? They are there to keep us accountable to the rules of the land. They remind us of what rules we need to follow whether we agree with them or not.

Why do we need to meet together and build relationships? We should remind each other of God's law and His purposes for our lives. We need to meet together in order to keep us in check with the holiness of God. Sometimes we don't like it when someone points out our sin but it is needed sometimes. We need each other. We need to share our hearts with each other and share about our personal battles. Maybe it is lust or fear. Maybe you battle with unforgiveness or resentment. We need each other to point those things out and pray for each other to overcome. We don't judge each other as believers, but we help each other overcome our weaknesses.

If you are not meeting faithfully with the brethren then you need to get to the place where you can. We need each other not one person is greater than the other. We need those kick in the pants every now and then. We need those harsh reminders so we can better passionately follow our Lord. My experience with the POPO was actually a refreshment for me. It was humbling, and it reminded me of why we actually need each other.

I love you all,

Organic Church

Acts9:31 Then the church throughout Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace. The number of people increased as people lived in the fear of the Lord and the comfort of the Holy Spirit.

Nine out of ten adults have or know at least one Christian in their circle of friends. Truth be known very few people have come to Christ from a TV show or by a well know evangelists. Although the Christian TV and large Evangelists tell you that they have led millions to Christ, one on one Evangelism is still the number one way to reach the lost. Why is that?

Jesus intended for the church to be relational. The greatest two commandments that we need to live by are both relational. Relational with the Father and relational with each other.

The Church is way past due in changing the way she operates. 9 out of 10 young adults believe they can have a relationship with the Lord without going to church. This is not good. The Church has become an internal and unrelational establishment. Now on the inside the church is fine with each other but think about how a new person is treated when he or she enters in. Local churches are great at doing things for the community but they do so with a stipulation. The message does not always fit the actions they are performing. The church, in some circles, has become less organic and more synthetic. We have kicked out the true relationships and made up superficial ones. This should not be. The church will never win the lost behind closed doors. We must be willing to go into the trenches and reach the lost that way.
In 2004, I had the privilege of visiting Australia. One my return trip home; I was seated next to an Australian woman who was flying to the states on business. She was a small evenly shaped woman who seemed to be soft to the eyes to look upon. She kind of looked like the actress Sandy Duncan. She was a polite lady who asked a few questions about my life as did I to her. When I got to the point of the conversation of telling her why I was in Australia; she blurted out that she was a Dike. (Lesbian for those who don’t know what a Dike is?) I looked at her and said Ok and commenced on talking. I believe she was looking for some Christian response about her going to hell and so forth. I kept on talking to her and listening to her about her job and life. Hey we had a 15 hour flight together!!!! Towards the end of our flight, she thanked me for our conversation and for treating her as a person. She said that I gave her a lot to think about and that was it. I never saw her again but I made a lasting impression on her. During our conversation on the plane, she listened to my biblical belief on homosexuality and sin in general. She did not get offended because I treated her like a person and allowed her to give her opinion as well. I was polite to her and our whole conversation did not evolve around quoting scripture. I got into her heart by hearing about her family and business life. She had a soft spoke sense of humor which was refreshing to be around. She was not in her present state of sin because she came from an abusive family or someone molested her when she was young. In fact, she hated hearing comments like that. By the end of our conversation, she told me that deep down she knew she was in sin but it was the choice she was making at time. She also told me that my kindness and willingness to treat her like a person gave her a different view on Christians and the message of Jesus. Ladies and gentlemen, the gospel is carried on the strong backs of those who desire to be relational with the people around them.
I don’t know where this woman is today nor do I know if she ever surrendered her heart to Christ, but I do believe she has not forgotten a true demonstration of Christian kindness and love. My mission trip to Australia was not just landing in the country and preaching at a church. It was up in the air on a plane heading back to the states. It was in the secular world not the Christian world that we have created among ourselves. Church is meant to be in the secular world lighting the path. A City on the hill is better seen than a city in valley. Our light can never shine in the darkness if we stay away from the darkness.
The Organic church is real and breathing. It is alive to the world and influences the world around them. Church is two or three gathered together in the Name of the living Lord Jesus. Church is not a hidden under a basket waiting for someone to come along and uncover her beauty. Church is more than going on Sunday, listening to a few songs, and listening to a nice three four point sermon. While we sit in our comfortable pews the world around us is still moving and operating. They are still shopping, going over friends houses, going out to eat, meeting at a coffee shop, driving to lake or the beach, working on a project at home, or simply relaxing with their families. The world is still happening around us. Now this is not a message for or against the church in the building or the house church. This is a message about challenging us to think outside the box and about rethinking our “Church” mentality for today’s world.

What is the organic church?
1. People who are first and foremost passionate about their relationship with the Living God. Their whole being is to please and server the living God. Their whole desire is to have a strong relationship with the Lord.
2. People who are passionate about building relationships with their families, friends, and coworkers.
3. People who desire to spread the gospel based on their relationships with the Lord.
4. People who don’t get caught up in programs or superficial ways of doing church.
5. People who desire to make the message of Jesus real and organic to the world around them.
The church of the living God must be made organic by believers who are passionate about relationships with each other and with those in the secular world. Today make the church organic.

Living Pure

Ephesians 5:3 Don't let sexual sin, perversion of any kind, or greed even be mentioned among you. This is not appropriate behavior for God's holy people.

2 Timothy 1:9 God saved us and called us to be holy, not because of what we had done, but because of his own plan and kindness. Before the world began, God planned that Christ Jesus would show us God's kindness.

When I was younger I got called all kind of names because I did not believe in having sex before marriage. I will not go into detail what those names were but they were not great. I was a young Christian man who struggled like any other young teenage boy did. I can't say that I was totally innocent in my thoughts and doings, but I can say for the most part I tried to live pure. I fought to stay pure while everyone around me fell to the temptations. I did not judge them because I knew too well how strong those temptations were and how hard they were to overcome at times. Staying Pure is not easy. That is why we need the strength of the Lord.

I have noticed that my times of strength are when I have been in constant prayer and communication with Him. The temptations still come and sometimes even stronger but I easily overcome because He is the strong force within me. The times when I am weak because of late hours at work or my life has been consumed with other life thingys. Then I notice that my ability to fall into a sin is easier. Whether it is a bad thought, a lie, impatient behavior, rudeness, anger without reason, lustfulness, depression, being doubtful, and other such behaviors will try to emerge.

Living a Pure life is not easy and sometimes you think you are living pure and you are not. The Definition of pure is as follows. This is taken from the Merriam-Webster dictionary.

Definition of PURE
a (1) : unmixed with any other matter (2) : free from dust, dirt, or taint (3) : spotless, stainless b : free from harshness or roughness and being in tune —used of a musical tone
a (1) : free from what vitiates, weakens, or pollutes (2) : containing nothing that does not properly belong b : free from moral fault or guilt c : marked by chastity

Being pure means being free from the things that are opposite of God's nature. The WHAT WOULD JESUS DO slogan really comes into play here. Our definition of purity can sometimes be different that God's. As human beings, we have the tendency to make excuses for our sins by covering them up or by calling them something else. The truth of the matter is that in today's world even the word “Purity" has been transformed. Christian’s teens get away from sexual intercourse by having oral sex with their partners. Since there is no penetration then it must be ok. NOPE! It is still wrong. Sexual sins are Sexual sins. Christians today tell lies but because they are “WHITE LIES" it is ok. NOPE!!!! Still wrong. Believers try to get around the gossip sin and the back biting sin by expressing their concern about the people they are talking about. Yeah that is not concern. Christians cover up their sin of greed by misquoting the bible and saying “God wants me blessed."

So what is God's Standard for Purity? What does it mean to live pure? I have to admit that I am on this journey of discovering more and more what it means to live pure for the Lord. I can say for the most part of my life I have but there is much room for improvement as well. I literally don't want to be tainted by any outside force that does not belong in me. Now there are some things permissible and that is a different story. But I am talking about the PURE LIFE for God on a daily basis.

" If you answer negatively to just one of these questions then you have room to grow in your purity with God." Galatians 5:9 A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.

1. Have you put other things before God recently?
2. Have you spent more than an hour in prayer with God today?
3. Have you read and studied is word more than an hour today?
4. Do you pray every day?
5. Have you stopped and worshiped God today?
6. Have you recently taken a day of rest and just spent it with God and family?
7. Did you not do the following? Talked back, disobeyed, and mumbled under your breath to your parents today or within the past few weeks?
8. Did you have a hateful or mean thought this week towards others?
9. Did you gossip about someone recently and call it something else? (If the person is not present, it is gossip.)
10. Have you had sex with someone else recently that was not your spouse?
11. Have you had lustful thoughts recently?
12. Have you watched porn recently?
13. Is your sexuality pure and to God's standard?
14. Did you steal something this week? ( office supplies from your company, not returning a cashier's mistake of giving too much change back, not spending quality time with God, family, and friends.)
15. Did you lie on someone recently?
16. Have you told a lie recently? (Not saying something about a circumstance you know about is still telling a lie. In other words, silence does not mean a lie is not being told.)
17. Have you coveted something recently? A life, a vehicle, and so forth.
18. Have you spent money and not given to God?
19. Do you give your full tithe to God before taxes from your pay check?
20. Do you give offerings? “Financial"
21. Have you bought things without giving to God first?
22. Have you bought things while knowing you were living beyond your means?
23. Have you prayed first before buying something?
24. Does your giving dictate your lifestyle or does your lifestyle dictate your giving?
25. Have you repented of any sin today or recently?
26. Was the repentance of sin emotional and heartfelt?
27. Have you done the same sin again recently?
28. Have you been kind to someone recently?
29. Have you witnessed to someone recently?
30. Have you spent more time with God than with your TV recently?
31. Do you slip out cuss words in front of others?
32. Are your thoughts pure?
33. Have you been persecuted for your faith recently? Not because you ran your mouth but because people see your holy lifestyle.
34. Have you let your light shine for others to see the Jesus in you?
35. Have you followed all of God's word for your life?
36. Have you changed God's word around to fit your lifestyle and taught others to do the same?
37. Do you hate and hold grudges on people right now?
38. Have you lusted after someone?
39. Have you made a promise to do something and have not kept it?
40. Do you forgive and love your enemies and don't gossip about them?

These 40 questions were just taken out of a proportion of God's word. There is more in His word we must follow. If you had just one negative respond to these questions then you have room to improve on your purity.

So what do we do now? How can we live a pure life with Him?

1. Build on your relationship with Him. Strive not to spend less time with Him but more. Plan your day not around your tasks but around your relationship with the Lord. Most people don't do that.
2. Read His word every day and memorize it. It helps us to combat the temptations of the enemy.
3. PRAY without Ceasing and spend more time in prayer than you do on your TV.
4. Get around other believers who are striving to live pure lives.
5. Keep an open and punitive heart.
6. Keep a broken and contrite heart. David sinned badly but his repentance and sorrow over that sin was true and real.

I ask that you pray for me as I seek to live a more pure life before my God. I want you to know that I am praying for all of you.

What's Love got to do with it?

has revealed, and I may understand all mysteries and have all knowledge. I may even have enough faith to move mountains. But if I don't have love, I am nothing. (3) I may even give away all that I have and give up my body to be burned. But if I don't have love, none of these things will help me. (4) Love is patient. Love is kind. Love isn't jealous. It doesn't sing its own praises. It isn't arrogant. (5) It isn't rude. It doesn't think about itself. It isn't irritable. It doesn't keep track of wrongs. (6) It isn't happy when injustice is done, but it is happy with the truth. (7) Love never stops being patient, never stops believing, never stops hoping, never gives up. (8) Love never comes to an end. There is the gift of speaking what God has revealed, but it will no longer be used. There is the gift of speaking in other languages, but it will stop by itself. There is the gift of knowledge, but it will no longer be used. (9) Our knowledge is incomplete and our ability to speak what God has revealed is incomplete. (10) But when what is complete comes, then what is incomplete will no longer be used. (11) When I was a child, I spoke like a child, thought like a child, and reasoned like a child. When I became an adult, I no longer used childish ways. (12) Now we see a blurred image in a mirror. Then we will see very clearly. Now my is incomplete. Then I will have complete knowledge as God has complete knowledge of me. (13) So these three things remain: faith, hope, and love. But the best one of these is love.

I Corinthians 13: 1-8 ( Message Bible)
The Way of Love
1 If I speak with human eloquence and angelic ecstasy but don't love, I'm nothing but the creaking of a rusty gate. 2If I speak God's Word with power, revealing all his mysteries and making everything plain as day, and if I have faith that says to a mountain, "Jump," and it jumps, but I don't love, I'm nothing. 3-7If I give everything I own to the poor and even go to the stake to be burned as a martyr, but I don't love, I've gotten nowhere. So, no matter what I say, what I believe, and what I do, I'm bankrupt without love.

Love never gives up.
Love cares more for others than for self.
Love doesn't want what it doesn't have.
Love doesn't strut,
Doesn't have a swelled head,
Doesn't force itself on others,
Isn't always "me first,"
Doesn't fly off the handle,
Doesn't keep score of the sins of others,
Doesn't revel when others grovel,
Takes pleasure in the flowering of truth,
Puts up with anything,
Trusts God always,
Always looks for the best,
Never looks back,
But keeps going to the end.
8-10Love never dies.

As a believer, I have seen many things in my life. I have seen so many good and bad things within the church of the Living God. I believe what grieves me the most is when I see believers not truly loving through the love of Christ. There is a love we must all develop and pattern after. Paul the Apostle had heard about the Corinthian Christian and their actions among each other. They were sleeping around with each other, taking each other to court, allowing those in un-repentive sin still gather without correction, they were greedy on their giving, backbiting each other, and simply falling into gross sins. Where was the love?
Unless we work on it, people are generally selfish. Most people only see their needs and desires. The love of God rarely flows out of their lives. As believers, God has called us to a greater love. If we are passionate about our relationship with Him then it will show as we love others through His love.
I have pastored churches and been in churches. It is sad to see when the people of God back bite, accuse, and simply say and do evil things to each other. I have had pastors and “So- called” Christians do worse things to me than people who don’t even know Christ would have. This should not be.

What does love have to do with it?
God has designed a love for us, which once practiced and lived, could change the world around us. His love is meant to cover the multitude of sins, bring the lost to his throne, strengthen marriages and families, promote unity among the brethren, and show the world what they are missing. The church is the biggest example of His love to the world. If we love His way, then lives will be changed. Love has a lot to do with it. Having His love pouring in and out of your life could literally rock your world!!!!
What is His love?
I can pray over people and see them healed but if I don’t have HIS LOVE, then I have accomplished nothing. I can lead thousands to Christ but I don’t have HIS LOVE then I have done nothing. I can build Cathedrals and large church buildings but without HIS LOVE I have just built landmarks of myself imposed achievements. I could give away all my wealth to the poor but if HIS LOVE is not pouring out of me then I have just a nice deed. It is HIS LOVE that transforms me and makes me who I am. When I stand before the Lord one day, He will not judge me by my many accomplishments. He will judge me by how I allowed HIS LOVE to pour out of me and the accomplishments I achieved through that love. Not everything we build or do is totally what God has told us to do. This is why we need His amazing love to flow through us.
1. Love is patient. Think about how patient the Lord is with us. Do we demonstrate this aspect of Love to others? When you are waiting in line at the checkout, what do you do? When traffic is at a standstill, what is your reaction? HIS LOVE is patient. He waits patiently for our repentance and He waits patiently for our deliverance. HE NEVER GIVES UP ON US EVEN WHEN WE GIVE UP ON HIM.
2. Love is kind. HIS LOVE is benevolent. It reaches out with wisdom and intelligence. When you are filled with HIS LOVE; you desire to reach out to others. Many Christians hide their faith and never reach out to anyone. GUESS WHAT? You don’t have his love. GUESS WHAT # 2? The Bible says you are not of HIM. Just saying.
3. Love is not Envious: Love does not covet things which others might have. HIS LOVE is not jealous over others. Husbands and wives, if you think being jealous over each other is a healthy way of showing love then you are badly mistaken. His love is not jealous. Men if you are lusting after another man’s wife or desire another man’s play toys then HIS LOVE is not within you. Ladies if you are jealous over other people and what they have then HIS LOVE is not within you. LOVE DOES NOT WANT WHAT IT DOES NOT HAVE. This means if you are running after things in life then HIS LOVE is not in. The pursuit of wealth should never be just with you in mine. It should be with the mindset of reaching out to others and if you are doing that now. It stands to reason you will not do that when you get wealthier. Just saying.
4. Love is not prideful. If you have to tell people you are a Christian, then you are not a Christian. I have been around believers all my life who take credit for something God obviously did. In some cases they simply lavish up their story, so they could look good. This should not be. HIS LOVE is humbling. HIS LOVE brings us to our knees. We realize we are nothing without HIM.
5. Love is not rude. “Oh my Polly Wolly.” How many Christians are RUDE to the core? I have seen “So-Called Christians.” Cuss out a cashier and leave to go out to their car which has a “ I love Jesus.” Bumper sticker on it. HIS LOVE is not rude or forceful on anyone. If you are rude then you don’t have His love. Just saying.
6. Love is not self-centered. When HIS love is in you; you desire to give and reach out to others. In marriage you desire to do things for your spouse and not always make it about yourself. In your family relationship, you lay down your life for your kids. The same is in any relationship. You fight, not to please others, but to serve others through the LOVE OF CHRIST.
7. Love does not fly-off the handle. If God flew off the handle like I have seen many Christians do, we all are dead right now. There was a lady we knew. She was in the grocery store one day and her son was acting up. He yells at him and says “You better get back over here you SON OF A B****.” Love does not fly off the handle and blows up easily at others. It does not get mad of the least little thing. It does not yell constantly. HIS LOVE is a calming sea. Love is not easily provoked by the actions of others. Think about the Story of Stephen in Acts 6-7. He had the right to fly off the handle but didn’t because HIS LOVE was in him.
8. Love doesn’t keep a score of wrongs. HIS LOVE forgives and let’s go of all the wrong done to you. You see your enemies through his love. It does not mean that you become their best buddies or that you forget what has been done to you. It does mean that you release them because HIS LOVE is in you. In marriages, HIS LOVE does not keep throwing up each other’s past mistakes or failures. LOVE FORGIVES. IT LETS GO. Are you not glad that God does that to us?
9. Love doesn’t take pleasure in seeing pain in others. HIS LOVE is merciful. I don’t delight when someone goes to hell because of their sin. I don’t delight when my enemies get what they have sown. I am grieved and broken. I see the hand of God and know that I could be in the same predicament. Love does not desire to see others hurting and in pain. Love reaches out and fines a place of hope. Love is not happy with injustice either. It desires to fix what is wrong. Sin brings much injustice.
10. Love is happy with the truth. HIS LOVE operates in the reality of truth. When HIS LOVE is in us, we strive for the truth of His spirit to be within us. We follow after his truth whole-heartedly which is found in his word. Sorry, if we don’t follow his word then HIS LOVE is not flowing through us.
11. Love never gives up. HIS LOVE in us never stops believing just because a bad circumstance has happen to us. It stops hoping just because the enemy is hitting us strong. HIS LOVE keeps us within HIS LOVING ARMS. It is the amazing force which allows us to endure all things and hope for all things. It is the power plant to our faith. We need HIS LOVE to survive in this world.
12. Love is eternal. HIS LOVE is eternal. Our human love is not. HIS LOVE lasts forever and will consume the universe. In fact, our Universe exists because His universe of Love allows it. Love lasts. HIS LOVE LASTS when everything else falls. One day prophecies will no longer be needed. Speaking in Tongues will not have to be and the pursuit of knowledge will cease. We will not need it because HIS LOVE we be all that and a bag of chips.
It is time that believers grow up and walk in the Love of God. The church and the world would be a different place if we did. If we had HIS LOVE within us then our churches would be filled with happy and friendly people. Our Marriages would be stronger than ever and our relationships would endure the human encounters and clashes. Where is the Love of the Lord within us?
So what does love have to do with it? Love is a major foundation of our faith. Live the Love man!!!! Live the Love of God.

What's Sin Got to do with it?

When I was a kid, I would sometimes be mean to my little sister and brother. We use to live at a place where our drive way was gravel. Like any normal kid, I use to throw rocks at my sister's bike spokes as she would drive by. The key was trying to get the rock through the spokes without it hitting them. Although sometimes hitting them was fun too because the rocks would fly up into the air. Pretty cool stuff. Well like normal little sisters do. She told on me. (Oh mean little girl. LOL) My dad told me to stop or else. He said something about the rock could fly up and hit my sister. “Yeah right Dad." was my thought. It has not happen so far so I didn't think it would happen at all. Well my brain began to work. I found this flat piece of plywood lying around. “Dad said I could not throw rocks. He did not say anything about a piece of plywood." were my thoughts. So my sister comes beaming around the gravel drive way on here girly bike, I throw the piece of plywood like a Frisbee, it hits the top of her tire and gets stuck. The plywood causes the front tire to freeze from movement. Do you know what happen next? You guessed it!!!! My sister begins to fly over her handle bars and lands face first into the gravel road. Did you hear me? She lands face first into the gravel road. Oh the horror that came next. She yelled bloody murder. My mom and dad come running out of the trailer. My sister was bleeding head to toe. I never saw so much blood. I started to cry and give the famous answer that all kids give when they do something wrong. “I did not mean too." Duh!!! Of course I meant too. I threw the dang piece of plywood at her. HELLO!!!! It did not jump out of my hand. I threw it for God's sake!!! LOL!!!! Anyway my sister gets rushed to the hospital. We waited for hours for her to come home. I thought I killed her. I was scared to death. My sister comes home with a busted up face. She has stitches inside her lip, outside her lip, above her nose, and on her forehead. It was a horrible sight and my actions caused it all. This could have been avoided if I just listened to my dad. DO YOU SEE A THEME HERE?

So what does sin have to do with it? A LOT!!!!!!!!
How many Christians and non Christians make the same excuse for their sins each day? When God’s word clearly states what sin is and why the sin is wrong. My dad told me not to throw the rocks anymore, so I made an excuse for my sin and changed my ammo. “Because dad did not say I could not throw a piece of plywood.” It was still sinful. I still disobeyed regardless if I convinced myself that it was ok. This is what many people do day in and day out. “It is ok to cheat on my wife because she is mean to me.” Or “I can steal this because I need it.” Or “I can eat what I want because I deserve it.” Or “I was born this way, so I must follow my urges.” Or “I can’t help myself.” Or “God understands why I have to tell little white lies.” Or “God knows what I am going through.” Or “Don’t judge me; this is what the bible says right.”
Let us address the last statement that most people use. First off, who said “Judge not unless you are judged…”? It was Jesus. And who was he talking to? Religious people or church people, and what was he talking about? How wrong it was for religious people to judge OTHER believers based off of the religious people’s self made doctrine. For instance, the Pharisees judged the disciples of Jesus one day because they did not wash their hands before eating. This was a religious doctrine that was made up by men not found in the word of God. In today’s terms what could be our example? A religious person judging me when I come into church with jeans and a nice shirt on instead of wearing the traditional fancy, mancy dress clothes. You understand now. So all of you ignorant people that use this one verse as your premise to keep sinning, I just pulled the carpet out from underneath you. SIN IS SIN. Not because I said so, but because God said so!!!! You know the Supreme Being who knows all and cares deeply for us.
Just because I chose to make an excuse for my disobedience from my dad, did not mean that was not sin. It was still sin no matter how much I convinced myself it wasn’t. It also came with a consequence which ended up hurting someone else that I care about. “MY SISTER.”
The Bible is clear about what is sin. Always has been. Mankind has just spent countless hours and years trying to manipulate what God actual said so Sin can abound. Every since the failure of Adam and Eve, mankind passionately savors the taste of sin. Hey sin seems or feels good. FOR A SEASON or until the blinders come off. Everyone on the face of the planet has the ability to fall deep into sin if so desired. Have you ever hated anyone so bad that you thought you could actually kill them? What stopped you? The news headlines are full of average people like you and I that have crossed the line and fallen into their gross sins. Sin is evil and it is out to kill, steal, and destroy likes its master Satan is. It was Satan who tempted the serpent, who tempted Eve, who tempted Adam, with some miss information.

Genesis 3:1-5 the snake was cleverer than all the wild animals the LORD God had made. He asked the woman, "Did God really say, 'You must never eat the fruit of any tree in the garden'?" (2) The woman answered the snake, "We're allowed to eat the fruit from any tree in the garden (3) except the tree in the middle of the garden. God said, 'You must never eat it or touch it. If you do, you will die!'" (4) "You certainly won't die!" the snake told the woman. (5) "God knows that when you eat it your eyes will be opened. You'll be like God, knowing good and evil."

The Serpent convinced Eve that she would not really die and also led her to believe that God really did not say all those things. Eve knew what God had said but she convince herself otherwise because the fruit look good and the temptation of knowing all things was too big to pass up. When sin is committed we tell ourselves that we are better than our God or that we are gods ourselves. This is what disobedience does but regardless of our thoughts. Sin will always enter to a place of consequence.
Genesis 2:15-17 Then the LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to farm the land and to take care of it. (16) The LORD God commanded the man. He said, "You are free to eat from any tree in the garden. (17) But you must never eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil because when you eat from it, you will certainly die."

The Bible says that the wages of Sin is death. It destroys , case you are wondering what that means. If a society allows themselves to go free from moral and ethical conduct, what do you think would happen? To go a step further, if the world convinces themselves that the sins ( that God lists in his word) are not wrong, then what will happen to the world around us? Sin has a consequence and it has a snowball effect. Satan knew that if he could get Adam and Eve to fall, he would have tainted the whole Human race. This is why we were sent a Savior. Hello!!!! This is easy to understand. We need a Savior people. A Savior to save us from our selfish and sinful desires!!!!!!! We all have them or have had them!!!!! And sometimes still fight them!!!!
So why is the world fighting so hard to not listen or change the words of God? Sin is freakin’ fun to do for a season and if you convince yourself. It is ok to do. But God sees before us and all around us. He knows what Sin actually does even when we don’t. Life is about rules and order. We must have them. There are good reasons for them. Think what would happen if there was no law of Gravity. There would be flying people everywhere, flying off into space. We be dead in other words!!!!!! You could convince yourself that Gravity does not exist but try jumping off a roof and see what happens.

What about Sin?
What is sin in God’s eyes? It is anything that goes against His nature of righteousness and brings separation between us and Him. God longs for our hearts. He longs for our relationship. We were created for this. Sin breaks the bonds and places us outside of God’s will for our lives. God did not give us rules to punish us or to take away our FUN. He gave them to us to protect. He lives in the realm of holiness and righteousness and understands the importance of doing so. If we truly love God and desire to follow Him, then we desire to rid ourselves from those things that would separate us from Him. Jesus came to make a way back to the Father’s heart, but it is up to us to make sure our lives are changing.
Sins and their consequence:
( NIV) Galatians 5:
16 So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. 17 For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever[c] you want. 18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
19 The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; 20 idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 21 and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

( Message) Galatians 5:
16-18My counsel is this: Live freely, animated and motivated by God's Spirit. Then you won't feed the compulsions of selfishness. For there is a root of sinful self-interest in us that is at odds with a free spirit, just as the free spirit is incompatible with selfishness. These two ways of life are antithetical, so that you cannot live at times one way and at times another way according to how you feel on any given day. Why don't you choose to be led by the Spirit and so escape the erratic compulsions of a law-dominated existence?
19-21It is obvious what kind of life develops out of trying to get your own way all the time: repetitive, loveless, cheap sex; a stinking accumulation of mental and emotional garbage; frenzied and joyless grabs for happiness; trinket gods; magic-show religion; paranoid loneliness; cutthroat competition; all-consuming-yet-never-satisfied wants; a brutal temper; an impotence to love or be loved; divided homes and divided lives; small-minded and lopsided pursuits; the vicious habit of depersonalizing everyone into a rival; uncontrolled and uncontrollable addictions; ugly parodies of community. I could go on.
( NIV) I Corinthians 6
7 The very fact that you have lawsuits among you means you have been completely defeated already. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated? 8 Instead, you yourselves cheat and do wrong, and you do this to your brothers and sisters. 9 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men[a] 10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
I am just using two passages because they have a list. The bible is filled with others. We could list the Ten Commandments. We could list the other Old Testament commandments that deal with sin. We can mention Romans 1& 2 and the teachings of Jesus in Matthew 5-7. The list goes on and on. The point is “I did not say these things nor did other Christians.” JESUS DID. OUR GOD DID!!!!! Here is the truth. Those who want to stay in their sin will now try to disembowel the Bible. The will try to make the bible not God’s word so they can excuse their sin. Listen SIN IS SIN. You can candy coat it. You can call it something else. You can say “This is just what I believe.” You can misquote the “Thou shalt judge me” verse, but SIN IS SIN. It goes against God’s nature. It goes against his design for mankind and it brings destruction. Every society that was left to waddle in their sin eventually crashed and burned due to their corruption. The scriptures above declare that we will not stand before the Lord if we stay in such sins. If I stay a bitter or lustful person and never come to repentance, then I miss out on the goodness my God has for me. I face the punishment which fits the crime. Just like in our society. If someone murders another they are trialed and sentenced. If someone commits adultery or robs a bank, the crime is punished and a consequence is issued. Rest assured that God is not mocked. We will reap what we have sown.

Now I don’t want to end this little message with all gloom and doom. There is hope and it is simple. TURN TO JESUS. SURRENDER ALL TO HIM. Those that really have a relationship with the Lord are growing each day and getting rid of the sin. I know what some are thinking. “ Well God loves me just the way I am.” Well yes and no. God loves you but loves you enough to send you Jesus, so you don’t have to stay the way you are. Because the way you are without Christ is not the way of God for you. Jesus told the man that was lowered through His roof to rise up and walk then go and sin no more. He told the woman who was about to be stoned the same thing. He told his disciples to keep their hearts pure. Jesus made it clear that he was the remedy for sin’s hold on man. He defeated sin on the cross and that cross was for us. If anything, I hope this message shows you the Love of God for your life. He cares and wants your heart (completely) if you are a believer; he wants you to return to Him with new passion and fire. God truly loves us.
So what does sin got to do with it? A lot my Friend and whole A lot.

Expecting Greatness

"Expect great things from God,
attempt great things for God" by William Carey

William Carey was missionary to India. He first arrived in India during the year of 1793. He was kind of a renaissance man and affected India greatly with the word of God. Below were some of his struggles.

1. First off, William was an improvised shoemaker who lived in England. Surely nothing would come out of such a small insignificant man?
2. He became a Baptist preacher and preached a few years in different churches until he felt the call to go to India.
3. He moved to India but not without a price. His father labeled him “Mad" and his first wife refused to go. She and the four kids did go nonetheless.
4. His arrival to India was met with challenges. He had to take a job at an Indigo Factory for awhile.
5. His five year old Peter died in 1794 which caused much derangement to his wife.
6. He started a church in Malda which drew people in but only four Englishmen made up the congregation. He found himself at a crossroads.
7. William went to Serampore to help with a mission start there. It was a Danish settlement near Calcutta. Carey and his co-workers, Joshua Marshman and William Ward, known as the Serampore Trio, would become one of the most famous missionary teams in history.
8. The Serampore mission was met with great fruit and success by the Lord. Unfortunately in 1807 William's first wife died.
9. William was a translator and worked hard to translate national secular books and the world of God into the different languages.
10. In 1812, his translation work was burned to the ground and he had to start all over again.
11. Carey also had to endure unjust and unbalanced criticisms from young new missionaries who actually split from the Serampore Mission.
12. He endured slanderous accusations from the Mission Society in England
13. As well as an earthquake and a flood.
14. One of his sons Felix, also caused much embarrassment when he backslid, adopted a lavish/altering lifestyle and began drinking heavily. Ultimately Felix came back to the Lord and became fully committed to the mission.

His accomplishments in India.( clips taken from

1. Translated biblical material to the local languages and dialects.
2. Start the first Newspaper for the languages of Serampore area.
3. Carey was the first man to stand up against the brutal murders and widespread oppression of women through female infanticide, child marriage, polygamy, enforced female illiteracy, widow burning and forced euthanasia.
4. He under minded the oppression and exploitation of women by providing women with education. He opened the first schools for girls.
5. Carey was also the first man who led the campaign for a humane treatment for leprosy and ended the practice of burning them alive.
6. Carey introduced the idea of Savings Banks to India and made investment, industry, commerce and economic development possible
7. He founded the Agric – Horticultural Society in the 1820’s (30 years before the Royal Agricultural Society was established in England)
8. He introduced the steam engine to India.
9. He pioneered the idea of lending libraries in India. He persuaded his friends in England to ship out tons of books to regenerate and reform India.
10. William Carey was also the father of print technology in India. He introduced the modern science of printing, built what was then the largest printing press in India and devised the fonts.
11. He started a college.
12. He started one of the first churches there that allowed local Indians to attend.

God used this one man to make a difference and pave the way for others to follow. During his life time, he was not always seen as great by others. This did not stop William Carey from following his Lord to the ends of the Earth. What is God calling you to do? What are willing to do to see it happen? Maybe everyone is not on board in your family or in your circle of relationships. What do you do? William could have stayed behind in England and never left for India but what would have happen then? Who knows? The key is that we must be open to our Lord and EXPECT GREATNESS. God desires to do great things in us not just in the preaching of the Gospel. If we are truly preaching the Gospel, then we are changing the world around us in all areas. William Carey ministered to the Body, Soul, and Spirit of mankind, so did Jesus. We have to be willing to world changers. Look at your life today. What do you want to be doing for the Lord the next 5 years from now?

Live by this Verse.

Ephesians 1:19 you will also know the unlimited greatness of his power as it works with might and strength for us, the believers.

Expect Greatness today!!!
